When ordering please choose your cake flavour and filling flavour and let me know if you have any food allergies

Special flavours

Please give me at least two weeks notice if you’d like any of these as we don’t always have the ingredients so I may have to order them in

Option 1 - bespoke designs

These cakes are personalised to you so are all unique. These cakes are very time consuming so I only have space for a limited number each week. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Your cake must be finalised within two weeks of ordering to confirm your booking

Option 2 - pre designed cakes

You can choose any one of my previous cakes but I’ve added a few of the most popular designs on this poster

Option 3

Great for if you love ganache or buttercream or are not a fan of sugar paste.
Toppers often react with these and start to dissolve so are not really suitable for my models. However, I can sometimes add them at the last minute or add them to the board so are not touching the icing.
Gift boxed tray bakes are a great alternative to these if you’re off boating or to the beach

Opening times

I shall now be closed on a Tuesday morning so I can do all the behind the scenes paper work without interruption. (It’s just me doing everything so it’s hard to have the shop open at the same time)

Large cupcakes

I usually have all of these cupcakes available daily, unless we sell out, as well as the occasional special flavour.

These are more expensive than my standard sized cupcakes, so please ask for a quote if you’re wanting these decorated.

These are great for a last minute birthday present as I can box up any in the shop for you

Frozen tray bakes

Available Monday-Saturday during opening times.
We do not do half trays of these, they come as they are which is why they’re cheaper.

These tray bakes are made to order when we have availability

Rich fruit cake prices

Please let me know which option you’d like when ordering.
These cakes are best when matured for at least 3 months.
We usually keep 4”, 5”, 6” 7” and 8” in stock but please order early to avoid disappointment, especially if you’d like a larger size or gluten free or vegan cake.

Option 4

These are great for last minute orders or if we’re fully booked for all other cakes.
They include option A on the cupcakes price list. Please note large cupcake will be more.
Tray bakes are a great alternative to a cake as they’re perfect for taking on a picnic, to the beach or the off islands

Cupcakes

Decorated cupcakes are no quicker than a cake, so I’m afraid if I’m fully booked for a cake I can’t offer decorated cupcakes as an alternative. Please see the cupcake price list for a rough idea of price for our standard sized cupcakes. Large cupcakes will be more.

Option 5

Cakes just for eating or a base for your own decorating.
These are only available as round cakes and in chocolate, vanilla or lemon.

Difference between layers and tiers

A lot of people get confused between layers and tiers so I’ve made this little image to show the difference.
If you ask for a tiered cake it will be like a wedding cake

Paint a cake

We now offer cupcakes, gingerbread or any design on the edible paper for you to add to your own cake or cupcakes etc.

If you have food colours at home you can use those instead of the paint palette

These cakes come with line drawings, a paint palette with food colour paint and paintbrushes for you to paint at home. These are great fun for all ages. Choose from my designs or send me your own design for me to print.

A4 sheet

This design is printed onto an A4 sheet of edible paper. Can be added to a cake, up to an 8” (or larger but there will be a border) or a tray bake cake. Best on vanilla buttercream or it will dissolve within a few hours, or added to your own cake, or simply enjoy colouring it in then eating it!
